With a career dedicated to the intricate dynamics of human behaviour and organizational culture, Ashley brings over a decade of experience in Change Management, Human Resources (HR), and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). She has worked in various capacities within advisory, coaching, facilitation, and project/program management. Her experience spans private, public, and not-for-profit organizations, each marked by significant growth and change.

At the core of Ashley's approach lies a deep understanding that we are all different and have our own unique lived experiences that shape our behaviours, perspectives, motivators, and responses to change. This insight fuels her commitment to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion with everything she is involved with.

Ashley obtained her Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge with a major in Human Resources and minor in Social Responsibility. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). She is coach trained through Erickson Coaching International as well as Dare to Lead Trained, and is involved with various personal and professional development pursuits. Outside of the office, you can find Ashley hiking the beautiful rocky mountains, playing with her two adopted dogs, or reconnecting with her Filipina roots.
