Dr. Adesola Omotayo is a consummate professional and volunteer. She has 30 years of experience in IT, project management, change management, and organizational transformation. As a consultant, she has helped organizations in energy, financial, government, manufacturing, and professional sectors to harness the power of IT to improve their performance and bring out the best of their human resources.

Adesola was a board member of the Calgary Chapter of the Canadian Parents for French, the President of PMI-SAC Toastmasters Club two times, where she led the club to achieve the President Distinguished Club status both times, and the Communications Manager for the Project Management Institute Southern Alberta Chapter (PMI-SAC) annual professional development conference for three years. She was also an Instructor and Researcher in Computer Science at the University of Calgary. 

Dr. Adesola Omotayo has PhD, MSc, and BSc degrees in Computer Science from the University of Calgary, University of Lagos, and Ogun State University respectively. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Information Systems Professional (ISP), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Adesola is a Life Member of the Association for Computing Machinery and Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
