Randell Bailey has over 15 years combined experience in change management, strategic planning, policy analysis, and research. This diverse experience has solidified his belief that managing and leading change cannot be successfully accomplished without a keen focus on supporting those that will be affected by it.

That belief has helped him to enhance transformational change initiatives, lead an M&E team that informed and led organization-wide change initiatives to improve service delivery, and lead the OCM portfolio for other technology implementation projects.

Randell holds a BSc. in Psychology (minor in Mass Communication), a Master of Public Policy degree, and is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner. He enjoys dabbling in photography from time to time and is an avid basketball fan.
