CoP: Organizational Change Management

This learning session will provide ACMP Alberta members opportunities to discuss and learn about proven change methodology/ models to apply when thinking about organizational change. The change management methodologies are introduced by members. The methodologies have some similarities and a few differences. The methodologies are both discrete and complementary. Information on other aspects of organizational change management to include diversity issues, improving change readiness, reducing resistance, and assessing proficiency and time aspects of change adoption are discussed.
